Carson is the only Realtor® in Chatham-Kent with the Royal Lepage Commercial designation, he has a proven record operating large industrial and commercial properties locally over the past 20 years with extensive experience in commercial/retail leasing, renovations and development. Carson worked as a Vice President for the largest production home builder in the community – Maple City Homes – launching the largest development of single family homes in two decades -“The Meadows” a project he proudly named. He currently represents the largest private residential apartment tower developer in the region and has continued his vision of bringing new large volume products to MLS and involving Realtors with full cooperation and protection in three tower’s to date, totaling 206 units constructed and 130 under construction in Blenheim. His daily involvement with developers and the challenges faced in that sector provide his residential clients with a level of knowledge and experience not found in the average residential Realtor®.
