My name is Kazimierz “Cass” Opiela, and I born in Detroit, but I have been raised in Chatham. I have always had a passion for all things related to housing including years of building, renovating, and restoring houses.With my background as a Stationary Engineer, I have devolved a strong sense of pride in my work and a dedication to focusing in on every detail no matter how small.
