A lifelong resident of Chatham-Kent, Kristen Nead grew up on a family farm, instilling in her a strong work ethic and deep-rooted connection to her community. She earned an Honours Business Commerce degree from the University of Windsor, specializing in Human Resources. After gaining eight years of experience in the HR field, she achieved the prestigious Canadian Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation in 2005.

In 2007, Kristen made a career transition into real estate, quickly discovering her passion for helping individuals and families find their perfect homes.
